Integrated Pest Management:

IPM is a common sense approach to pest management. IPM utilizes all possible pest control techniques in managing existing and potential pest infestations. While pesticides are a necessary tool in the IPM Program, they take on a decreased role. The goals of our IPM Program are to:

  • Change the living environment of the pests to make it less likely that the pests will be able to survive
  • Use inspections and monitoring devices to determine where pests are active
  • Use only safe and approved pesticides
  • Apply pesticides only to those area(s) where pests are active.

The key to all successful pest control is proper sanitation and exclusion. Communication is another critical component for a successful IPM Program. We also constantly monitor our customers’ homes during service visits and alert them to conditions that could attract pests.

Guaranteed Satisfaction:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with our service or the results, we will come back to your home or business to determine what we must do to earn your approval.  Some pest infestation treatments take time to work and we will explain what results you should expect to see and when.  We strive for excellence in communication with you, to earn your trust and build a long-lasting relationship.

We have a warranty with our maintenance plans and provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all our customers. Should a problem arise between regular services, we’ll return, at your convenience, at no additional cost to you.
