Answer: We like to come out and provide a free estimate. Each residence or business has unique needs so we like to come identify the issues specific to you and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Q. What if I just want a one-time service, not an ongoing contract?

Answer: We recommend each residence and business adopt a seasonal maintenance plan which will create long-term, successful control of any pests. We prefer to work with folks on preventative plans rather than respond to the emergency calls for infestation control but we are happy to assist you any time you may need us.

Q. What is a pest control maintenance program?

Answer: We offer seasonal maintenance programs to protect your property yearlong. Products generally last 3 months, so our most popular plan is a quarterly maintenance visit but we can tailor a maintenance program to the depth and frequency you need.

Q. What products do you use?

Answer: We only use EPA approved pest control products. We also, upon request, offer an array of "green" products.

Q. Do you service on weekends?

Answer: We schedule service calls Monday through Saturday to meet our customers' needs. Though we do not schedule service calls on Sundays, our message service is available to take any emergency calls.

Q. Do you respond to emergency/ 24 hour requests?

Answer: Yes, our message service directs emergency calls to us 24/7. We offer emergency response to both our residential and commercial customers.

Q. Are you able to come to my business during discrete or unusual hours?

Answer: We service many industries and understand the need to schedule service appointments at off hours to not detract from your business operations or customer perception.

Q. How do I pay my bill?

Answer: We accept check, credit card or cash. For residential customers, payment is due at time of service. If you enter into a maintenance program, we can keep your credit card on file and charge after each service visit. We can arrange invoicing for our established, commercial customers.

Answer: Wherever there is a pest problem, we are there! Actually, we are centrally located in the City of Spokane, Washington with numerous technician trucks available to respond throughout the Inland Northwest.

Q. Any helpful tips and techniques?

Keep a 2-foot barrier around your structure, keeping branches, trees and shrubs away from touching the outside walls of your residence or business.

Keep stacked firewood and any other wood products at least 3 feet away from your house.

Standing water and old tires are not only breeding ground but nesting ground for wasps, bees and mosquitoes.

If you want less spiders, turn off your outside lights at night or install sensor lighting outside (spiders follow insects who are attracted to lights).
